Warm up, get familiar with the board and practise your pop-up with clear instructions.
Practise with coaching, feedback and breaks when you need them. Progress at your own pace.

A MORNING WITH JAMAL
We’ll talk about your experience before getting started. On the beach, I’ll explain the board, practise the pop-up with you and go through what to do in the water.
Then it’s time to try, rest when you need to, and try again. You can ask questions at any point. There’s no promise of a perfect first wave—just time to learn.

My group lesson is €22 per person. Three group lessons are €60 per person (€20 per lesson). A private lesson is €39 per person, for up to two people. Choose a package above and send your dates on WhatsApp to check availability.
Tell me it’s your first time when you message. We’ll discuss your comfort in the water and choose a suitable session.
It’s €39 per person, with a maximum of two people in the private session. Two people pay €78 in total.
It’s €60 per person for three group lessons. We agree the dates before booking. The full package is paid at the first lesson and is non-refundable; ask me how weather-related changes are handled before confirming.
Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, water and dry clothes. Tell me about any concerns that could affect your lesson when we arrange it.
